Marketplace UX/UI Navigation Redesign

A UX/UI initiative based on user research and discovery to make marketplace navigation clearer, faster and more intuitive.

Context & approach

This was primarily a UX/UI discovery and redesign initiative. The original navigation forced users to return to the dashboard when moving between services and administration screens.

The team conducted discovery activities, including user interviews and workshops, to understand how different users navigated the marketplace and where users lost context.

The resulting concept introduced more persistent and direct navigation patterns, helping users move between platform areas without unnecessary detours.

Outcomes

  • Improved clarity and discoverability across marketplace journeys.
  • Reduced navigation friction for users switching between services and administration areas.
  • Created a more scalable UX pattern for future platform evolution.
