Academic Research

State of Project Management in Portugal

Conducted a national research study in partnership with APOGEP and the Portuguese Project Management Observatory to analyse the state and evolution of Project Management in Portugal. The work included questionnaire design, online data collection, quantitative analysis and comparison between 2021 and 2022 results.

The study covered project methodologies, tools and techniques, certifications, salaries, sustainability practices and project performance indicators. Key findings highlighted the relevance of hybrid methodologies, increasing certification levels and high professional satisfaction among Project Managers in Portugal.
